Procedure for Online Form Submission

Step 1: Visit the College website: www.sccz.edu.in

Step 2: Click on ‘Admission 2025-26’

• Download the 'Prospectus' and read it carefully.
• Click on 'Programme' to know the Programme offered.
• Click on 'Apply Now' to apply online.

Registration

• Enter Name as in Class X Marksheet
• Select Application Type
• Provide Class XII Roll Number
• Enter Mobile Number and Email ID
• Create your password
• Click on Register

A verification page will pop up.

• OTP will be sent to your mobile/email
• Enter OTP in the verification tab
• Click on Submit

You can now:

• Login using your credentials
• Or click ‘Already Registered’ on the site

Login & Access

• Use username and password from mobile/email
• If the link doesn’t work, paste it in your browser

Follow these Steps:

1. Select the Programme
2. Make the payment (Application Fee)
3. Fill-in the Online Application
4. Upload Documents and Submit the Form

Payment Instructions

• Select a programme > Click Apply here
• Go to Payment tab
• Enter payment info
• Select payment method (Credit/Debit/Net Banking)
• Click Pay Now
• Do not refresh or leave the page during transaction
• Print/save receipt if needed
• Application number will be emailed to you

Fill-in the Online Application

• Go to Dashboard > Admission > Application Form
• Fill details carefully

Upload Documents

• Only PDF or JPEG files under 500 KB allowed
• Click the checkbox in ‘Undertaking by the Applicant’
• Click Submit to complete your application

Note:

• Use login credentials until admission is completed
• To apply for another course, repeat steps from dashboard
• Admission Fee tab activates after result declaration

Tip: Always check your registered Email and SMS for updates from SCCZ Admission Portal.

Application Status

Status	Description
Registered	Your Application fee is paid successfully. Please fill the form.
Submitted	Application submitted. Wait for confirmation.
Selected	Application selected. Proceed for document verification.
Verified	Verification done. Proceed to pay admission fee.
Admitted	Admission completed successfully.
Pending	Your application is on hold.
Cancelled	Your application is cancelled.
